Breville®’s booth is an embodiment of one’s “dream kitchen”. Products are well categorized into four sections -- Juice Bar, Hot Kitchen, Patisserie and Espresso Bar. The 4-day exhibit showcased various activities, product demos and recipes.

Every morning, Breville® Phils’ Nutritionist Dianne Dupa, R.N.D. shared the benefits of Green Juicing at the Juice Bar. Day 1 highlights include Chef Joey Prats’ who shared the secret of his impeccable “French Macaron” recipe with our friends from Bake Happy Manila. At the WOFEX stage, Roy Amores of Amores Gluten-Free Foods talked about the benefits of Gluten-Free Diet. On Day 2, Raw Food Chef Margo Lao led the “Deliciously Healthy Lifestyle Workshop” at the Juice Bar and presented her “Green Lasagna” and “Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream” recipes. On the other hand, Chef Joey went back for the “Blissful Traditional Delight with a Twist” workshop at the Patisserie corner showcasing his very own “Orange Blossom Muffins” and “You’ve Died and Gone to Heaven Chocolate Chip Cookies”.

Day 3 activities featured Breville® Phil’s Ambassador Chef Philip Golding and Chef Maui Gubaya as they led a cooking and tequila-pairing workshop at the Hot Kitchen. Afterwards, the young and talented Chef Edward Mateo headed the “Royale Modern Desserts” workshop and shared the how-tos for his sweet “Cinnamon Roll” and “Quatro Chocolate Cupcake” delights. Furthermore, Annie Furukawa and Chef JP Furukawa of Bubblicitea shared their Breville® Success Story at the WOFEX stage.

On Day 4, an educational talk happened at the Espresso Bar courtesy of Ms. Tony Legare of ILLY Coffee Beans. She discussed the top considerations in managing a café business and the Ins and Outs of café management.

In the afternoon, the Hot Kitchen was set on fire as Junior MasterChef Louise Mabulo presented “Gourmet Dishes” as easy as 1-2-3. The teen Chef proudly introduced the secret recipes of her “Quick Hainanese Chicken Rice” and “Breakfast Burritos”.
