Breville Refund & Replacement Policy

All customers are entitled to either refund or replace products guided by the policies of the Department of Trade and Industry.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer can claim for replacement or refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Customer must return the item in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and freebies.
  • Customer must present the proof of purchase which our authorized personnel can validate.

Per DTI, consumers may return or exchange goods or avail of other remedies, in case of hidden faults or defects, or any charge the buyer was not aware of in time of the purchase.

The following are not considered when requesting for a refund or replacement:

  • Change of Mind
  • Wrong Color
  • Size of a Product

Breville Philippines reserves the right to do a technical evaluation of the product prior to approval of return/refund/replacement request.
