All Breville® products have at least a one-year product warranty or repair guarantee (for household use) or 3 months commercial use, valid from the date of purchase.
During this warranty / repair guarantee period, Breville Philippines will repair or replace any defective part at no fee. Breville reserves the right to make minor adjustments instead of replacing the product or accessory. Packaging, instructions, recipes etc. will not be replaced unless faulty.
Should your Breville® product has a defect in product material or workmanship within the Warranty or Repair Guarantee period, Breville® Philippines, under its exclusive distributor, IAJ Wellness Corporation, will arrange to have your original product returned to us, have it evaluated, and either deliver back an identical or comparable replacement to you or repair and replace defective parts and/or accessories. This warranty / guarantee period does not cover the cost of transporting the unit to and from the customer nor to and from the service center.

- Unauthorized modification/alteration
- Defects or damage from improper and unauthorized operation or installation against what was prescribed in the product’s manual
- Damage by natural calamities
