2. For items bought from our website:
Kindly call us at (632) 362-1566 loc 879 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to sending your unit to our service center and accomplish the service form that will be sent to your email. We will send you the ticket number and shipping instructions within 24 hours. Note that the unit must be sent to us prepaid1 and insured2 for the whole purchase price. We will repair the unit for free, however, there will be charges if some parts needed to be replaced. Cost of shipping of item from Manila to customer shall also be charged as well.
IMPORTANT: We reserve the right not to accept and service any unit that has no authorization number and properly accomplished service form.
Prepaid: Customer already paid the freight cost of the defective unit.
Insured as whole purchased price: The item should be insured. Customer should state the declared value as a whole purchased price.
